TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 
Please review the SAMPAIX terms and conditions outlined below. Also, note that your use of our site and purchase of our products constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
 
SHIPPING:
All UK orders are shipped with DHL and will arrive the next working day after dispatch (this will vary over bank/public holidays). All international orders are shipped with DHL Express and will take 1-3 working days to arrive after dispatch.
 
BREXIT:
All international orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) meaning that you will not be charged at customs. All orders will continue as normal taking 1-3 days after dispatch with DHL Express. For any more information or questions please contact info@sampaix.co.uk
 
RETURNS:
Items can be returned for exchange or credit only unless the customer can provide proof of a defect that is the fault of SAMPAIX. Items can be returned for exchange or credit up-to 14 days after purchase. Please email – info@sampaix.co.uk 
Once the written request has been received, SAMPAIX will send an email confirmation to the customer. 

• The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion
• All the returns should be authorised before being returned and sent tracked. If the product is deemed defective, the cost of returning an item will be covered by SAMPAIX 
• Inside the returned package, customers must include their order slip when returning 
• Customers will have to pay shipping charges for returning items back to SAMPAIX, unless SAMPAIX state otherwise 

 
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
In the case of defective merchandise or an error in the order on the part of SAMPAIX, customers must follow the instructions below:
Customers must contact via email using the following address – info@sampaix.co.uk - The written request to return the item(s) must be sent within 3 days from the date of receiving their order. The request must include the item order number(s) and number of items to be returned and reasons for returning the order – as detailed as possible. 

• SAMPAIX reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
• SAMPAIX will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. 

 
Note: Anomalous pigmentation may occur due to some of the dying methods we use – as clearly stated on each applicable product description. These anomalies do not constitute as defects, faults or anything else that might warrant a return.
As of the immediate moment of acceptance of shipment by a common carrier, SAMPAIX absolves itself of all and any responsibility for loss or damage of your order thenceforth. Responsibility and title of the product are passed onto the customer with immediate effect.
SAMPAIX shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If any provision of these general terms and conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale remain fully applicable to anyone using this site or purchasing SAMPAIX products. These terms and conditions will be referred to and enforced to the full extent of the Law of England and Wales.
